HISTORY
Level Land Inc. was started in 2001after being purchased and having its name changed from C&C Utility Service. B. Justin Brendel was an employee at the time the owner was ready to sell the business. Justin purchased the business in 2001. In 2003, Justin brought in his brother J. Zack Brendel as a partner. Becoming fully aware of their equipment capabilities they utilized this and were able to accomplish a wide variety of projects for a broad range of clients, which now includes homeowners; land developers; general contractors; local, state and federal government; national home builders, and other contractors.
Among their notable projects have been:
Walnut Grove, Clarksville, Md - In late 2007, Level Land Inc. was contracted to work on the Walnut Grove Community Sewage disposal system. As the largest system of its kind in the state, the facility included approximately 26,000 lf of disposal trenches. Level Land completed this work as well as the plumbing to connect the system together.
Oxen Hill Village Center- Level Land Inc. worked on the completion of all site work and storm drain for this new facility. Tasks included site grading, storm drainage, and assistance with building construction.
